Neill has worked in adult learning and leadership development for the past 20 years, starting with a career in university leadership. As a coach and workshop facilitator, he works with leaders and their teams to diagnose and overcome their most significant adaptive challenges and to build leadership capacity. He consults to leadership teams and senior executives in Fortune 500 companies and education organizations, and he supports both individual and team growth and development.
Neill enjoys helping leaders figure out how to thrive and how to make a difference in challenging situations. He helps his clients develop leadership that is values-led; purpose-driven; collaborative; and capable of mobilizing people to overcome their challenges. An experienced workshop designer, facilitator, and coach, Neill brings a humanistic approach to all his work: he invites his clients to be fully themselves, and to pay attention to their behaviors, their mindsets, and their emotions as they seek to grow.
