Mansi Jain

Expert Practitioner

“Mansi has been incredible to work with on every dimension. She shows up to every interaction upbeat, joyous, supportive, and encouraging. Our work with her has given our team an embodied trust in one another, a regained hope and confidence in our work, and a set of tools to use when we come to face difficulties in continuing to build our organization.”

Marik Hazan, Founder of Tabula Rasa Ventures

Mansi has more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations as a coach, facilitator, and consultant. Her clients vary in shape, size, geography, and industry, from Fortune 500 companies to start ups and non-profits. Mansi’s background in leadership, human, and organizational development began with Wharton’s Leadership Program, where she taught, facilitated, and coached students on leadership, group dynamics, and communication. She spent 6 years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she was known as a people leader, partnering with and leading clients and teams through times of great personal, professional, and organizational uncertainty. She also led a global cultural and strategic transformation at McKinsey to strengthen team performance and health by bringing more human connection to how people work. Mansi draws on varied global experiences; in addition to working in multi-cultural environments, she grew up moving internationally and lived in India, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and England.

Mansi’s professional approach unlocks a deeper connection within people – to themselves, each other, and the systems they are a part of – so they can be better leaders, build healthier relationships, and create meaningful, sustainable impact. She combines depth with practicality, bold challenge with loving empathy, and calm thoughtfulness with playful zest. She works with her clients in equal partnership, where together they co-create interventions with honesty, curiosity, and mutual respect. While Mansi supports her clients in their horizontal development (addressing skill gaps and finding tactical solutions), she places a strong emphasis on their vertical development (shifting mindsets, beliefs, and assumptions). Mansi also leverages meditation practice and somatic experience to work with her clients in the present moment, drawing on the wisdom that exists within their bodies, emotions, and intuition.
