Grace brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development in both education and health care settings. A certified Co-Active coach, she is passionate about helping people integrate their unique experiences, interests, and talents to reach their full professional potential. In addition to her work as a leadership coach and facilitator, she is the Director of Leadership & Professional Development for the RISE Office of the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, where she designs and facilitates leadership courses and workshops for graduate students.

Mike brings more than 20 years of broad-ranging business experience to his work as a coach and facilitator. He began his career as a professor of English, and then transitioned into educational technology, where he developed deep expertise in consumer-facing and B2B product management and development.

Mansi has more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations as a coach, facilitator, and consultant. Her clients vary in shape, size, geography, and industry, from Fortune 500 companies to start ups and non-profits.

Trev works primarily in the areas of leadership, communication and relationship development. He's driven by a desire to support people in their growth so that they can create better outcomes for themselves and those who they engage with.

A leadership and organizational development professional since 2013, Cassie has supported leaders and organizations to advance social change. She's partnered with executives in purpose-driven foundations, nonprofit organizations, and industry to achieve their visions and long-term goals.
