Neill has worked in adult learning and leadership development for the past 20 years, following a career in university leadership. As a coach and workshop facilitator, he works with leaders and their teams to diagnose and overcome their most significant adaptive challenges and to build leadership capacity.
Patrick Murphy is a leadership coach and facilitator based in Brooklyn, NY, and is known for his unwavering enthusiasm and spirit to help leaders succeed. His clients have ranged from roles such as president and vice president, through mid-level managers, first-time leaders, and technical experts. Clients have held positions in Fortune 100 companies, brand name non-profits, and various government agencies.
For 19 years, Stephanie has worked in non-profit youth development, early childhood education, K-12 school administration, and post-secondary program development. This breadth of experiences informs Stephanie's approach to building individual, team, and organizational capacity.
Rudi Doku specializes in working with leadership teams to create a workplace culture that enables their employees to thrive - starting with how the leadership team communicates, internally and externally. In his work at Kenning, he helps experts and managers to diagnose their leadership challenges and engage diverse stakeholders to help them achieve their leadership aspirations.
Trev works primarily in the areas of leadership, communication and relationship development. He's driven by a desire to support people in their growth so that they can create better outcomes for themselves and those who they engage with.
A leadership and organizational development professional since 2013, Cassie has supported leaders and organizations to advance social change. She's partnered with executives in purpose-driven foundations, nonprofit organizations, and industry to achieve their visions and long-term goals.
