An award-winning game studio was at risk of losing direction and pace while developing its most ambitious game in the studio’s quarter-century history. This effort was complicated by the departure of the studio’s two co-founders within twelve months of each other. Absent the founders, the studio needed to find within itself a new, more collaborative way to make sharp, well-grounded decisions to keep game development on track.

How Kenning Helped
