“With Rudi’s encouragement and guidance, I realized the importance of courage and authenticity in cultivating relationships, not only with other people but first and foremost with myself. I am now more skilled at holding conversations that matter, bringing out the best in my team, and enabling us to succeed together.”
Francine, International Seed Federation
Rudi Doku specializes in working with leadership teams to create a workplace culture that enables their employees to thrive – starting with how the leadership team communicates, internally and externally. In his work at Kenning, he helps experts and managers to diagnose their leadership challenges and engage diverse stakeholders to help them achieve their leadership aspirations.
Previously, Rudi spent 10 years as an independent consultant and 4 years working at Accenture and Deloitte, consulting to private sector organizations on complex issues ranging from operational excellence to risk assessments and culture change in the airlines, mining, and heavy machinery industries. At Deloitte, he set up and led a project management office to manage the transition of people, processes, and equipment from an end-of-life coal mine to a new one. He also worked on the set up of Caterpillar Australia’s dealer parts support organization following an acquisition. While at Accenture, he led the architecture team at Air France KLM through a tender management process to replace a legacy crew management system. His broad industry and cultural experiences make him acutely sensitive to, and skilled at, supporting clients who aspire to be authentic, courageous, and effective across different contexts.
