Notes Toward 21st Century Leadership

I recently had the occasion to catch up at a social event with a former colleague who has taken on an exciting leadership development role for a major company famous for recruiting the most remarkable talent and making significant long-term investments to develop that talent.

As I learned more about the nature of her new role, it underscored for me several insights about some of the challenges of developing and coaching high-talent clients and especially exceptional senior-level clients who are reaching new stages in their professional and personal lives.
