Kenning Survey Results #1 – Boosting the Learning Development Bar

Discussion around performance often focuses on raising the bar, but for many managers, once they’ve raised the bar for their teams, they not only have to hold the bar but also give the each team member a boost – that is, provide both the training and coaching – to clear the new height.
